The Call to Obedience
Scripture:
Acts 10:19-20 –
"While Peter was still thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, ‘Simon, three men are looking for you. So get up and go downstairs. Do not hesitate to go with them, for I have sent them.’"
Reflection:
Peter didn’t fully understand the vision, but when the Spirit spoke, he obeyed. Sometimes, obedience precedes understanding. God calls us to take steps of faith, trusting that He will reveal His purpose along the way.
Application:
What is God asking you to do that requires faith? Maybe it’s reaching out to someone, stepping into a new role, or letting go of a past mindset. Pray for the courage to obey, even when the picture isn’t clear.
