Spirit Led Delegation
Scripture:
Acts 6:3 –
“And so, brothers, select seven men who are well respected and are full of the Spirit and wisdom.”
Reflection:
Leadership in the church is about skills and spiritual character. The apostles prioritized prayer and the Word but delegated responsibilities to Spirit-filled men. This teaches us that serving God requires both ability and spiritual maturity.
Application:
Seek to grow in wisdom and the Holy Spirit. Evaluate your responsibilities—are you leading with a heart surrendered to God? Find ways to delegate effectively or support those in leadership.
