Paul & The Other Disciples

Scripture Reading: 
"To Titus, my true child in a common faith... This is why I left you in Crete, so you might put what remained into order and appoint elders in every town as I directed you." (Titus 1:4-5)

Reflection:
Paul recognized Titus' potential and entrusted him with leadership responsibilities in Crete. Discipleship involves equipping others to lead and fulfill their God-given purpose. Leadership development is a key aspect of multiplying faith.

Application:
Identify someone in your life with leadership potential. How can you encourage and equip them to step into their calling? Pray for discernment and take action this week to mentor them.
