Discipleship Family Ties

Scripture Reading:
“Mordecai the Jew was second in rank to King Xerxes, preeminent among the Jews, and held in high esteem by his many fellow Jews, because he worked for the good of his people and spoke up for the welfare of all the Jews.” — Esther 10:3

Reflection:
The story of Mordecai and Esther shows how discipleship results in multiplication. Through Mordecai’s mentorship, Esther became a leader who saved her people, and his influence grew. Discipleship is not a one-time event but a continuous process that leads to the growth and expansion of God’s kingdom.

Application:
Reflect on the legacy of discipleship in your life and those you disciple. Ask God to multiply your efforts and to raise up more leaders through your guidance. Surrender your role as a mentor to God, trusting Him to bring forth lasting fruit for His kingdom.
