Reflection:
In one of David’s darkest moments, Jonathan didn’t just offer sympathy—he helped David find his strength in God. Discipleship is not about fixing all of someone’s problems but about assisting them in turning to God, even when life feels like a wilderness.

Application:
Think of someone who may be going through a difficult time. Reach out to them and encourage them to rely on God. Offer to pray with them, reminding them that their true source of strength and hope comes from God alone.
