Discipleship Through Relationship

Scripture Reading:
"Don’t call me Naomi,” she told them. “Call me Mara, because the Almighty has made my life very bitter." —Ruth 1:20
Reflection:
Naomi’s pain and bitterness did not disqualify her from God's use. Despite her brokenness, she was still a guiding force for Ruth. God often uses imperfect leaders to disciple others, and discipleship is not about perfection. Even when our faith is shaken, God can still work through us to guide others toward Him.
Application:
Are you hesitant to mentor or lead someone because of your struggles? Ask God to help you trust in His ability to use you despite your weaknesses, and consider reaching out to someone who may benefit from your guidance.
