Lamentations 4:3-4

Reflection: 
Humility is the antidote to pride. It is the recognition of our utter dependence on God and the acknowledgment of our own frailty. In contrast to the arrogance of Jerusalem, humility allows us to see ourselves as we truly are—flawed yet deeply loved by our Creator. Today, let us embrace humility as a virtue to be cultivated, surrendering our pride at the feet of Jesus.

Practice humility in your interactions today. Look for opportunities to serve others without seeking recognition or praise. Remember that true greatness is found in selfless love and genuine humility.
