Reflection: True friends challenge and encourage us to grow. Just as iron sharpens iron, friends who offer constructive criticism and support help us become better individuals. These relationships are mutually beneficial and build us up in faith and character.

Application/Journal Entry/Discussion: Seek opportunities to give and receive constructive feedback from your friends. Encourage each other to grow spiritually, personally, and emotionally. Celebrate each other's progress and hold each other accountable in love.
