Living In The Spirit

Scripture: 
Acts 1:15-17 15 
In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty) 16 and said, “Brothers and sisters,[d] the Scripture had to be fulfilled in which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus. 17 He was one of our number and shared in our ministry.”

Reflection:
The early church gathered as a community of 120 believers to address Judas's betrayal. Despite the pain of his actions, they found strength in unity and trust in God’s plan. Community provides the support, encouragement, and accountability needed to navigate life’s hardships. Isolation often leads to despair, but in fellowship, we experience healing and shared purpose.

Application:
Identify someone in your faith community who may need encouragement and reach out to them. Consider how you can deepen your commitment to being present and engaged with your spiritual family.
