Scripture Reading:
Psalm 6:6-7
(NIV) - "I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears. My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes."

Reflect on the psalmist's experience of enduring sorrow and distress. Despite the overwhelming challenges they faced, they continued to trust in God's timing and deliverance. Like the psalmist, you can find strength in knowing that God sees your tears and hears your cries, even when the night feels long.

Application/Journal Entry/Discussion:
Take time to meditate on Psalm 6:6-7, allowing the words to resonate with your own experiences of sorrow and grief. Surrender your tears and burdens to God, trusting that He will sustain you through the darkest of nights.
