Daily Dose of Praise September

Scripture Reading: 
Judges 16:1-2
"Now Samson went to Gaza and saw a harlot there, and went into her."

Reflection:
Samson repeatedly compromised his commitment to God by indulging in fleshly desires. God gave him strength to escape dangerous situations, but Samson did not learn from his mistakes. Compromise may initially seem harmless, but it can gradually erode our spiritual strength and open the door to the enemy.

Application:
Identify areas of spiritual compromise in your life. Are there habits or relationships that weaken your walk with God? Ask for the Holy Spirit’s help in eliminating these compromises and strengthening your resolve to follow Him.
