Faith Expressing Love

True faith has a distinctive signature - it expresses itself in love. This isn't just any kind of love, but the sacrificial, selfless love that comes from denying ourselves daily. When we take up our cross each day, we're choosing to put others before ourselves, to give rather than take, to serve rather than be served. This is what transforms marriages, families, and churches. Love conquers all because love addresses the root issue: selfishness. The reason we struggle to love others is because self gets in the way. But when we daily deny ourselves, we create space for God's love to flow through us. This kind of love changes everything. It turns taking into giving, criticism into encouragement, and division into unity. The world desperately needs this love, and it can only come through believers who understand that faith without love is empty. When we live this lifestyle of self-denial, we become conduits of God's transforming love to a broken world.
