Empowering For Leadership
Scripture Reading:
Numbers 27:18-19
“So the Lord said to Moses, “Take Joshua son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit of leadership, and lay your hand on him. Have him stand before Eleazar the priest and the entire assembly and commission him in their presence.”
Reflection:
Moses prepared Joshua for leadership, publicly affirming his role. This act of empowerment inspired confidence in Joshua and trust among the people. True mentorship equips and commissions others to carry forward the mission.
Application:
If you are a leader, take time to affirm and equip someone for greater responsibility. If you are being mentored, embrace opportunities to step into leadership roles with humility and courage.
