The Call To Disciple Others
Scripture Reading:
1 Corinthians 3:6
“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.”
Reflection:
In discipleship, we are called to plant seeds and nurture growth, but ultimately, it is God who brings the increase. Like gardeners, we can plant seeds of faith through conversation, prayer, and teaching, and we can water those seeds through encouragement and accountability. However, we must trust God to do the work of transformation in people’s hearts.
Application:
Think of someone you are currently discipling or could disciple. Spend time praying for their growth and asking God to work in their heart. Offer them encouragement today or invite them to explore a passage of Scripture with you.
