Daily Dose of Praise October
Scripture Reading:
Hebrews 12:6:
"For whom the Lord loves He chastens, and scourges every son whom He receives."
Reflection:
Samson’s capture and humiliation were a form of divine correction. Though painful, God’s discipline is an act of love meant to bring us to repentance. Samson’s eventual return to God demonstrates that even in judgment, there is mercy and a path to restoration.
Application:
Thank God for His loving discipline in your life. Consider how He has used difficult situations to correct and guide you. Pray for a humble heart that is open to His correction, knowing it is for your good.
