Daily Dose of Praise September
Scripture Reading:
Judges 13:5
"For the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb, and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines."
Reflection:
Samson was set apart from birth for a divine purpose. His strength was not his own; it came from the Lord. Despite his high calling, Samson continually placed his desires above his commitment to God. Like Samson, we are called by God to live holy lives, distinct from the world around us. Our strength comes from the Lord, and we must nurture it through our obedience.
Application:
Reflect on the areas where God has called you to be set apart. What desires or distractions are pulling you away from your purpose? Pray for the strength to walk in obedience to His calling.
