Daily Dose of Praise September

Scripture Reading: 
Judges 15:14-15 (NIV)
"As he approached Lehi, the Philistines came toward him shouting. The Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him. The ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands. Finding a fresh jawbone of a donkey, he grabbed it and struck down a thousand men."

Reflection:
Samson’s strength was legendary, but its source was divine. This shows that real power comes when we allow the Spirit of God to work through us. Without God’s Spirit, our own strength is limited and fragile. Samson’s victories were not by his own might but through the empowerment of God.

Application:
Consider areas of your life where you rely on your own strength. How can you invite the Spirit of God to empower you? Surrender your abilities to God today and ask Him to work through you.
