Reflection: Forgiveness is a cornerstone of true friendship. Holding onto grudges damages relationships and creates distance. Covering offenses with love strengthens bonds and fosters a nurturing environment for friendships to thrive.

Application/Journal Entry/Discussion: Think about any unresolved conflicts with friends. Pray for the strength to forgive and seek reconciliation. Reach out to someone you need to forgive or ask for forgiveness from, and take the first step toward healing that relationship.
