Keep Pressing Toward the Prize!

Scripture Reading:
Philippians 3:17–21

Key Scripture:
Philippians 3:20

We were never meant to walk this journey of faith alone.

God places people in our lives to encourage us, challenge us, pray with us, and remind us of His promises when our strength begins to fade.

Paul encouraged believers to follow the example of those who faithfully walked with Christ. He understood that the people influencing our lives can shape the direction of our spiritual journey.

Who is helping you grow closer to Jesus? And who are you helping along the way?
Surround yourself with believers who will speak truth in love, encourage spiritual maturity, and remind you to keep pursuing Christ when life becomes difficult.

But remember, we aren't simply pressing toward personal achievements or earthly success.
Our citizenship is in heaven.

Everything this world offers is temporary, but our relationship with Christ carries eternal significance.

As we close this week's devotional series, remember that spiritual growth requires perseverance, surrender, unity, and a willingness to keep moving forward.

Don't settle for yesterday's spiritual victories. Don't allow temporary setbacks to steal your eternal perspective.

Keep your eyes on Jesus. Keep encouraging one another. Keep pressing toward the prize!

Reflection:
Are the relationships and influences in my life helping me grow spiritually? How can I become someone who encourages others to pursue Christ?

Today's Challenge:
Reach out to someone who has encouraged your faith and thank them. Then intentionally encourage another person who may be struggling. Remind them that they are not walking alone.

Closing Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the people You've placed in my life. Surround me with godly influences and help me become a source of encouragement to others. Keep my heart focused on eternity and give me the perseverance to continue pursuing Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.
