LIVING IN GOD'S PRESENCE

Scripture Reading:
Psalm 16:11; Romans 14:17; Acts 2:1–4

Key Verse:
"Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy..." — Psalm 16:11 (KJV, excerpt)

Today's Devotional
We often spend so much time asking God to change our circumstances that we forget to invite Him to transform our hearts.

God desires more than occasional moments of connection with us. He invites us into a daily relationship where His presence shapes our thoughts, decisions, relationships, and purpose.

The disciples gathered in unity and prayer before the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost. Their lives were transformed, and their witness reached far beyond that room.
When we surrender ourselves to God, His love, peace, and joy begin to influence the way we live.

The goal isn't simply to experience God's presence for ourselves. It's to carry His love into the world around us.

Personal Reflection:
What distractions, habits, or attitudes are preventing me from spending meaningful time in God's presence?

Today's Faith Challenge:
Spend at least ten uninterrupted minutes in prayer and worship today. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal what you need to surrender and how you can better reflect Christ.

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, fill my heart with Your presence. Remove anything that distracts me from You. Let Your peace, joy, and love overflow through my words and actions so others may experience Jesus through me. Amen.
