Controlling Your Thoughts

Reflection:
The battle for your soul begins in your mind. Negative thoughts and doubts can lead to feelings of despair and separation from God. However, as followers of Christ, we have the power to control our thoughts. We can choose to renew our minds daily with God's truth and reject the lies of the enemy.

Application/Journal Entry/Discussion: 
Take inventory of your thought life today. Are there any negative or destructive thoughts that you need to surrender to God? Replace them with His promises and truths. As you renew your mind with God's Word, you'll experience peace and freedom from the enemy's attacks.
