Every month, you will be required to set 1 hour aside to join Dr. Leon for a virtual (or watch a recording) “Fireside Chat,” where he will discuss Spiritual Leadership Strategies.
These additional virtual teachings are an essential part of the training and must be attended (or viewed later) to graduate.
As part of the SLT Program you will receive these eBooks:
• Q & A 20 Chapters that explore important questions people ask. You can use this for your enrichment, but it
is also a tool that can be used to disciple new believers.
• Capture A 31 Day Devotional Study on Capturing the heart of God for the nations. This book will address
the Call of God for world missions and how to be involved.
• Bold To be bold means to be courageous, confident, or fearless. A bold person is willing to take risks.
Boldness should not be confused with arrogance. The measure of your authority should not exceed the
measure of humility. Bold leaders will advance even in the face of opposition and will see souls saved, the
sick healed, and people led into authentic New Covenant life.
• Well Done Those who engage in the work of the ministry should have the right attitude, i.e., the attitude
of a servant. Without this, they will become easily offended, and their involvement will be short-lived.
Everyone desires Jesus to say, “Well Done!” but it is dependent on the fact that we did something; we did it
excellently; we did it faithfully, and we did it with the attitude of a servant.
• How Beautiful are the Feet! Is the mobilization of every believer. We must do our part, and God will do
His part. And this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached. In all the world as a witness to all the nations, and
then the end will come. Matthew 24:14 (NKJV)
