📖 In Matthew 4:18–22, Jesus calls ordinary fishermen to leave behind their nets, their routines, and their own plans in order to follow Him. His call was personal, powerful, and immediate. Discipleship begins when we respond to Jesus with faith and obedience, trusting that His path is greater than anything we leave behind.
This message is a reminder that Jesus still calls people today to step out of comfort, surrender control, and walk in total dependence on Him. The Christian life is not simply about admiration from a distance. It is about answering the call of Christ with your whole life and learning to follow wherever He leads.
