John & Elaine have served with Youth With A Mission since 1982 and are based in Tyler, Texas. John serves as the Executive Director of Training and Elaine gives leadership to Special Events. John also serves on YWAM's International Discipleship Center Leadership Team. Together, John and Elaine work to train leaders and staff missionaries working with the Discipleship Training School throughout 27 YWAM centers in Mexico and Central America.
Elaine is also a teacher in the Discipleship Training School teaching throughout this region, including North America. Their ministry also includes serving on the leadership team for Living Alternatives and KEEPS Boutique, a ministry to un-wed mothers, teen girls in foster care and adoption.
