Reading: Nehemiah 6:3
Key Verse: “I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down.” — Nehemiah 6:3

? Devotional: Don't Come Down From the Wall
Something interesting happened when Nehemiah began making progress—the distractions increased.

His enemies repeatedly tried to pull him away from Jerusalem. But Nehemiah understood something important: every invitation does not deserve your attention.
His response was simple: “I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down.”
That wasn't arrogance. It was clarity.

Nehemiah knew what God had called him to do, and because he understood his assignment, he could recognize distractions when they appeared.
The same is true for you.

Not everything demanding your attention deserves your energy. Some things aren't necessarily sinful—they're simply distractions from what matters most.
You are doing a great work when you faithfully serve your family. You are doing a great work when you pour into others, build your marriage, raise your children, serve God's Kingdom, pursue the calling He has given you, or quietly obey Him when nobody is watching.

Don't allow temporary distractions to pull you away from an eternal assignment.
Stay on the wall.

? Personal Reflection
What distractions, discouragements, or voices have been competing for your attention and pulling you away from what God has called you to do?

? Life Application
Identify the two biggest distractions currently competing with your God-given priorities. Decide what boundary you can establish this week to reduce their influence.
Then remind yourself:
“I am doing a great work. I cannot come down.”

? Closing Prayer
Lord, give me clarity concerning the work You have placed in my hands. Help me recognize distractions before they pull me away from my assignment. Give me the wisdom to say no when necessary and the discipline to remain faithful. Keep my eyes fixed on You and my hands committed to the work. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Devotional: It’s Time to Put Your Faith Into Action
There comes a moment when prayer must lead to movement.
The people of Jerusalem had lived among broken walls for so long that the ruins had become normal. Then Nehemiah arrived with a God-given vision and challenged them to see beyond what was broken.

Their response was powerful: “Let us rise up and build.”
They didn't simply agree with Nehemiah—they put their hands to the work.
It is possible to be inspired by what God says while never acting on what He says. We can pray, worship, say “Amen,” and still delay the very step of obedience God is asking us to take.

But faith was never meant to remain only in our words.
God has placed gifts, opportunities, relationships, and assignments in your hands. You don't have to know every step before taking the first one. Rise. Start where you are. Use what God has given you.
Your next season may begin with one simple act of obedience.

? Personal Reflection
Is there an area of your life where you have been agreeing with God in your words but delaying action?

? Life Application
Identify one step of obedience you have been postponing. Write it down and commit to taking that step this week. Ask someone you trust to pray with you and hold you accountable.

? Closing Prayer
Father, thank You for calling me to participate in Your work. Give me courage to move beyond good intentions and into obedience. Show me where I need to rise, and strengthen my hands for the work You have placed before me. I don't want to simply hear Your Word—I want to live it. In Jesus' name, Amen.

He reminded them that **God had already been moving**.

Sometimes we become so focused on what still needs to happen that we forget what God has already done. Yet yesterday’s faithfulness can become fuel for today’s assignment.

Nehemiah could see that the king’s favor, the resources he received, and the doors that opened were not coincidences. **The good hand of God was upon him.**

Take a moment today and look back. Devotional: Grace for Today
Yesterday, we discovered that the wilderness has a purpose. Today, we discover something equally important:

God doesn't send us into the wilderness without providing what we need while we're there.
When Israel became hungry, the people complained. Yet God responded with provision. He sent manna in the morning and quail in the evening.
But there was an important instruction attached to the manna: Gather what you need for today.

God could have provided a month's supply at once. Instead, He created a daily rhythm that required Israel to wake up every morning trusting that He would provide again.
The lesson wasn't merely about food.

It was about dependence.

Sometimes we want God to give us everything we will need for the next year so we never have to wonder, wait, pray, or trust. But God often gives us daily bread rather than yearly guarantees.

Philippians 4:19 reminds us that God supplies our needs according to His riches in glory—not according to our bank account, resources, connections, circumstances, or ability to see a solution.

God's supply comes from an inexhaustible source.

So stop borrowing tomorrow's worry.

You don't need tomorrow's manna today.

You need enough grace, strength, wisdom, peace, and provision for today.
And tomorrow?
God will still be God.

? They walked out of generations of slavery. They stood at the Red Sea with nowhere to go—and then watched as God made a road through the water.

Yet not long after experiencing one of the greatest miracles recorded in Scripture, they began to complain because they were hungry.

Suddenly, Egypt didn't seem so bad.

Isn’t it interesting how quickly discomfort can make us romanticize something God delivered us from?

When the present becomes difficult, we can start looking backward. We remember what was comfortable while conveniently forgetting what kept us bound.

But Israel's wilderness wasn't simply an obstacle between Egypt and the Promised Land.
The wilderness was a classroom.

God wasn't only trying to get Israel out of Egypt; He was getting Egypt out of Israel.
Their location had changed, but their thinking still needed transformation.
And sometimes, God does the same with us.

There are seasons when we pray, “Lord, get me out of this!” while God is saying, “I want to develop something in you while you're here.”

The wilderness exposes what comfort can hide—our impatience, fear, need for control, dependence on people, old habits, unhealthy attitudes, and places where we still struggle to trust God.

But exposure isn't meant to destroy us. God reveals what is in our hearts so He can transform it.

So don't despise your wilderness.

And don't run back to Egypt simply because the wilderness is uncomfortable.
God delivered you from Egypt for a reason.

The wilderness may feel empty, uncertain, and unfamiliar, but God is using it to prepare you for what comes next. There are blessings, responsibilities, relationships, assignments, and opportunities ahead that require a stronger, wiser, more surrendered version of you.

Sometimes God must develop your character before He increases your capacity.
Your wilderness isn't wasted.
It's preparation. ?

? Personal Reflection
Take a few quiet moments and ask yourself:
What wilderness season am I currently walking through?

Then go deeper:
What might God be trying to remove, change, or develop in my heart before my next season of elevation?

Don't only ask God, “When will this season end?”

Try asking:
“Lord, what do You want me to learn while I'm here?”

✍? Today’s Practical Application
Identify one attitude, mindset, behavior, or habit from your “Egypt” that you are still carrying into your present season.

Write it down.

Then pray specifically about it today:
“Lord, I don't want to carry into my next season what belonged to my old one.”
Surrender it to Him—and when you're tempted to pick it back up, remind yourself:
I left Egypt. I don't have to think, respond, or live like I'm still there.

?? Closing Prayer
Father, thank You for reminding me that my wilderness has a purpose. Forgive me for the times I have complained about the very season You are using to prepare me. Help me not to romanticize the places, habits, relationships, attitudes, or mindsets You have already delivered me from. Search my heart and reveal anything from my Egypt that I am still carrying with me. Give me the courage to surrender it completely. Teach me to trust You when I cannot see what comes next. Develop my character, strengthen my faith, and prepare me to faithfully carry what You have prepared for me. I will not run backward because forward feels uncomfortable. Reading:
Exodus 14:26–31
Isaiah 43:1–3

Devotional
One of the most remarkable details in the story of Israel's deliverance is easy to overlook.

When God parted the Red Sea, He didn't leave His people struggling through thick mud or sinking into unstable ground. Scripture tells us they walked on dry ground.

That wasn't just a miracle—it was a picture of God's character.

Our Heavenly Father doesn't merely create an escape route; He prepares a secure path. He is not interested in barely getting you through life's battles. He desires to lead you with His wisdom, sustain you with His strength, and remind you that His grace is sufficient for every step.

Sometimes we expect following God to feel uncertain because our circumstances are uncertain. Yet even when the waters are towering on both sides, the ground beneath our feet remains firm because He is the One who established it.

When the Israelites reached the opposite shore, they looked back and saw something they never expected. The army that had pursued them, intimidated them, and filled them with fear was gone. What had once seemed impossible to escape had been completely defeated by the hand of God.

The same God still works today.

There may be habits, fears, regrets, disappointments, or wounds that have followed you for years. They may seem relentless, convincing you that you'll always live under their shadow. But God's Word reminds us that He is not only able to rescue—He is able to finish what He starts.

Isaiah records God's comforting promise:

"Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you." (Isaiah 43:1–2)

Notice He doesn't promise you'll never face deep waters. He promises that the waters will never have the final word.

Today, stop looking back with fear. Instead, look back with gratitude. The God who brought you this far has not abandoned His work in your life. Every step of obedience is carrying you farther from bondage and closer to the freedom He has prepared for you.

Walk confidently. The ground beneath your feet is held together by the faithfulness of God.

? Life Application
Take time today to identify one area where you've been looking backward instead of moving forward.

Ask yourself:
What fear or habit has followed me the longest?
Am I trusting God to completely finish the work He has begun?
What step of faith can I take today instead of remaining stuck in yesterday?

Write down one burden you've been carrying and intentionally surrender it to the Lord in prayer. Then thank Him—not only for bringing you through—but for the promise that He will complete your deliverance. Trust that the path ahead is already prepared by the One who walks with you.

? Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. Thank You that when You lead me, You provide firm ground beneath my feet and never leave me to walk alone. Help me to release every fear, every burden, and every reminder of my past into Your hands. Reading:
Exodus 14:15–22
Philippians 4:6–7

Devotional
There comes a moment in every believer's journey when God gently says, "Now it's time to move." Standing at the edge of the Red Sea, the Israelites saw only an impossible situation. Behind them was Pharaoh's army. Before them was an uncrossable sea. Fear gripped their hearts, and they cried out in desperation.

God's response to Moses was both simple and powerful:
"Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the Israelites to move on." (Exodus 14:15)

There is a time to cry out to God, and there is a time to trust what He has already spoken.

Faith is not passive—it moves in obedience.
When Moses lifted his staff over the sea, the wood itself held no power. The miracle came because Moses obeyed. His act was an outward expression of inward trust.

Our worship functions much the same way.
When you lift your hands in the middle of uncertainty, you are not pretending your problems don't exist. You are declaring that your God is greater than every storm surrounding you. Praise shifts our perspective from the size of our obstacle to the greatness of our Savior.

Paul echoes this truth in Philippians 4. Rather than allowing anxiety to consume us, we are invited to bring every concern to God with thanksgiving. As we do, His peace—not our circumstances—guards our hearts and minds.

Sometimes the sea doesn't part until after we've taken the first step of obedience.
Today, choose praise before the breakthrough. Worship before the answer. Trust before the evidence. God is already making a way, even if you cannot yet see it.

? Life Application
Take a few moments today to praise God before asking Him for anything.
Thank Him for His faithfulness, His promises, and His presence. Write down one area where you've been waiting for God to move, then intentionally surrender it to Him through worship instead of worry. As you do, ask yourself:

Where is God calling me to move in faith?

What step of obedience have I been delaying because of fear?

How can I replace anxiety with worship today?

Remember, obedience often becomes the bridge between God's promise and His provision.

? Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for always making a way, even when I cannot see one. Forgive me for allowing fear and anxiety to overshadow my faith. Help me to trust You enough to take the next step, even when the outcome is still unknown. Teach me to worship You before the breakthrough comes, believing that You have already gone before me. Fill my heart with Your perfect peace, guard my mind from worry, and strengthen me to walk in obedience every day. May my life be a testimony that You are faithful, powerful, and worthy of all praise.
In Jesus' name, Amen. ??

Reading
Psalm 110:1
James 1:2–4
"The Lord says to my Lord: 'Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool.'"
— Psalm 110:1

Devotional
It seems almost impossible to thank God for the very things that challenge us. Yet throughout Scripture, we see a remarkable pattern: God often uses opposition to accomplish His greatest purposes.

The obstacles we face are rarely the end of the story. More often, they become the very tools God uses to strengthen our faith, develop perseverance, and reveal His glory. James reminds us that trials are not meaningless interruptions—they are opportunities for spiritual growth. As our faith is tested, endurance is formed, and God continues shaping us into the people He has called us to be.

Consider Israel standing at the edge of the Red Sea. Pharaoh's army was charging from behind, and the sea stretched before them. From every human perspective, they were trapped. But what looked like certain defeat was actually God's perfect setup for one of history's greatest miracles.

Pharaoh's army was not outside of God's plan—it was part of it. God allowed the pursuit so His people would experience a deliverance beyond anything they could have imagined. They didn't simply escape Egypt; they witnessed the overwhelming power and faithfulness of God.

Perhaps something is pursuing you today—a fear, an unanswered prayer, financial pressure, uncertainty, disappointment, or a painful season that refuses to let go. Instead of allowing panic to take control, remember this truth: God is never surprised by what surprises you.
What feels like opposition may actually be preparation. What appears to be a setback may become the very platform where God displays His faithfulness.

The enemy is not your destination. In God's hands, even your greatest opposition can become a footstool that lifts you into a deeper trust, stronger faith, and greater testimony.
Keep your eyes on Him. The God who parted the sea is still making a way today.

? Life Application
Think about one challenge you're currently facing. Instead of asking, "Why is this happening to me?" begin asking, "Lord, what are You developing in me through this?" Pray for eyes to see your circumstances through God's perspective and choose to trust Him even before you see the outcome.

? Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You that nothing I face is beyond Your control. Even when trials seem overwhelming, I know You are working behind the scenes for my good and for Your glory. Help me to trust You instead of giving in to fear or discouragement.

Develop perseverance in me. Strengthen my faith through every challenge, and remind me that You can use even my greatest opposition to accomplish Your greatest purpose. Open my eyes to see Your hand at work and fill my heart with confidence that You are making a way where there seems to be none.

Today I choose to believe that what the enemy intends for harm, You can use for good. I will trust You, stand firm, and keep moving forward.
In Jesus' name, Amen. ?

? Reading: Romans 12:1–2
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind..."
— Romans 12:2 (ESV)

Devotional
Leaving Egypt was only the beginning of Israel's journey. The greater challenge was allowing Egypt to leave them. Although they were physically free, their minds often remained bound by fear, doubt, and the mindset of slavery.

The same is true for us as believers. Salvation brings us out of the world, but the renewing of our minds is what removes the world's influence from within us. God doesn't simply rescue us from our past—He transforms us into something entirely new.

In Romans 12, Paul calls us to present our lives as a living sacrifice. Unlike a one-time offering, this is a daily decision to surrender our thoughts, attitudes, desires, and actions to Christ. Transformation doesn't happen by accident. It happens as we continually replace the lies we've believed with the truth of God's Word.

Old labels such as unworthy, defeated, rejected, or not enough have no place in the identity Christ has given you. As you spend time in Scripture, listen to the Holy Spirit, and stay connected to the body of Christ, God faithfully reshapes your thinking. Little by little, your heart begins to reflect His heart, and your mind begins to think His thoughts.
Freedom is not simply about leaving your old life behind—it's about allowing God to create a new way of thinking that reflects your new identity in Him.

? Life Application
Take a few moments today to identify one unhealthy thought or belief that keeps resurfacing in your mind. Write it down, then find a Scripture that speaks God's truth over that area. Each time the old thought returns, intentionally replace it with God's Word. Remember, renewing your mind is not a one-time event—it is a daily practice of surrender and trust.

? Closing Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for saving me and calling me into a new life through Jesus Christ. Help me not only to leave my old life behind but to allow You to renew my mind each day. Reveal any thoughts, beliefs, or patterns that do not align with Your truth, and give me the courage to surrender them to You.

Fill my heart with Your Word, guide me by Your Holy Spirit, and surround me with believers who encourage me to grow in faith. Transform me from the inside out so that my life reflects Your goodness, Your love, and Your purpose.

Today I choose to offer myself as a living sacrifice, trusting that You are making me more like Christ with each passing day.
In Jesus' name, Amen. ??

Devotional
Freedom does not always feel like freedom.
When the Israelites stood trapped between Pharaoh's advancing army and the Red Sea, fear overwhelmed them. Although God had already delivered them from slavery, their hearts were still chained to the mindset of their past. They were physically free, but emotionally they still thought like slaves.

How often do we do the same?
Through Christ, we have been forgiven, redeemed, and made new. Yet many of us continue to carry old labels, old fears, and old insecurities. We allow yesterday's failures, hurts, or shame to define who we are instead of embracing who God says we are.

The good news is that God understands this journey. He doesn't become frustrated by our weakness or shame us for our fears. Instead, He patiently walks with us as He transforms our hearts and renews our minds. Our identity isn't changed by our feelings—it is changed by His finished work.

Today, allow God to gently uncover any area where you're still living from an old identity. Let His truth replace every lie. You are no longer who you used to be—you belong to Him.

? Life Application
Take a few quiet moments today and ask yourself:

Am I reacting to life from fear or from faith?

What old label, hurt, or failure am I still allowing to define me?

Which promise of God do I need to believe more than my feelings today?

Write down one area where you still feel "stuck" in your past. Then write a biblical truth beside it. Every time that old thought returns, replace it with God's promise. Remember: your identity is found in Christ, not in your history.

? Closing Prayer
Father,
Thank You for setting me free through Jesus Christ. Forgive me for the times I continue to think, speak, and live as though I am still bound by my past. Help me to see myself the way You see me—redeemed, forgiven, chosen, and deeply loved. Renew my mind each day so that my identity is rooted in Your promises instead of my past experiences. When fear rises, remind me that You fight for me. Teach me to trust You even when freedom doesn't yet feel familiar. Thank You for Your patience, Your grace, and Your unfailing love. Continue the good work You have begun in me, shaping me into the person You created me to be.
In Jesus' name, Amen. ❤️

But somewhere in the back of your mind, the old voice still speaks. It tells you that you are not enough, that you will never change, that you are still defined by where you came from. That voice is lying to you. Transformation is not automatic. It is intentional. It happens as we consistently bring our thinking into alignment with what God says is true about us. When God said go, they went. There was no waiting around, no second-guessing, no packing extra bags. The urgency of that moment carried a message that still speaks today: when God speaks, the time to move is now. We can convince ourselves that waiting is wisdom. Sometimes it is. But there is a difference between Spirit-led patience and fear dressed up as caution. When we know what God is asking and we keep delaying, that delay does not stay neutral. It slowly shifts into something else entirely. Maybe God has been nudging you toward a conversation, a commitment, a step of faith, or a change you have been putting off. Every day you wait, the weight of that unfinished obedience gets a little heavier. But here is the encouraging part: God is not frustrated with you. He is still speaking. He is still calling you forward. You do not need everything figured out before you take the next step. You just need to trust the One who is leading you. Take the step today, even if it is a small one. Obedience in motion is always better than perfection in waiting.

Bible Verse
'And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all He has done for you. No leftovers. No exceptions. Leaven, small and quiet, works its way through everything it touches. That is exactly how unchecked sin and compromise operate in our lives. It rarely starts big. It starts with a small habit you keep excusing, a relationship that pulls you in the wrong direction, or a mindset you know is not healthy but feels too familiar to let go. Over time, what seemed small begins to shape everything around it. Paul challenged the church in Corinth with this same idea. A little leaven changes the whole batch. The good news is that you do not have to be perfect to move forward. You just have to be honest. Honest about what has been quietly working against you, and willing to let God clear it out. This is not about shame. It is about freedom. God is not pointing out the leaven to condemn you. He is pointing it out because He wants you ready to move. A clean start is not just possible. It was not a ritual. It was not decoration. It was protection, identity, and the foundation for everything that followed. That blood on the doorpost said, "These people belong to God." The same is true for us today. Jesus is our Passover Lamb, and His shed blood is the reason we can move forward at all. Every good thing God has planned for your life is made possible because of what Jesus did on the cross. His blood covers you, identifies you, and clears the way. Sometimes we try to get moving in our own strength, relying on our own plans or willpower. But without that foundation, nothing takes off. You cannot outwork, outthink, or outrun your need for the blood of Jesus. It is not just the starting point of your faith. It is the foundation you keep coming back to every single day. If you have been striving and spinning your wheels, pause and come back to the basics. You are covered. You are chosen. You belong to Him. That truth alone is enough to get you moving again.

Bible Verse
'Jesus told Him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. It does not have to be the thing that defines your story or keeps you stuck in the same place year after year. You have authority over it, and it is time to use it. Perfect love casts out fear. That is not just a comforting thought. It is a declaration of power. When God's love truly takes root in our hearts, fear loses its grip. It cannot survive in the presence of a love that is complete, unconditional, and unshakeable. But here is what is easy to miss: movement matters. There is something that happens when you take a step. God does not ask you to have it all figured out before you move. He asks you to move, and then He meets you there. The waters did not part for the Israelites until their feet got wet. You have been through things. You have faced fear, failure, and seasons that felt like they would never end. But God is a God of restoration, and He is not finished with you. Everything you have walked through has been preparing you for what is ahead. Do not let fear have the final say. Take the step. God is already on the other side of it, waiting.

Bible Verse
"Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. God is not waiting for you to have more before He can do something with your life. He is asking what you already have. Your time, your talent, your treasure. These are not small things. They are the very tools He has placed in your hands for a purpose. It is easy to look at what we lack and use it as a reason to hold back. But when we offer what little we have to God, something shifts. His little becomes much. His ordinary becomes extraordinary. What feels like not enough in our hands becomes more than enough in His. The question is not whether you have enough. The question is whether you are willing to give what you have. Surrender is the starting point. And God honors the offering, no matter how small it feels. Today, take an honest look at your time, your gifts, and your resources. What if it does not work? What if people do not believe me? What if I fail again? But God's answer to every "what if" is simply "I AM." He is not a God of hypotheticals. He is the God of what is, right now, in this moment. Fear shrinks when it comes face to face with who God actually is. And that is why spending time in His Word and in His presence is not optional for the person who wants to live free. Romans 10:17 tells us that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. The more we fill ourselves with who He is, the less room fear has to operate. You do not have to have all the answers. You just need to know the One who does. We tell ourselves that once we have more experience, more confidence, or more resources, then we will say yes to what God is asking. But Moses was not ready when God called Him. He was a shepherd in the middle of nowhere, carrying the weight of past failure, and God called Him anyway. That is not an accident. It is actually God's pattern. He does not wait for us to be fully prepared before He calls us forward. He calls us forward so that He can prepare us along the way. The growth happens in the stepping out, not in the waiting. Think about the areas of your life where you have been holding back, telling yourself you are just not ready yet. What if God is already inviting you into something, and the readiness comes on the other side of your yes? You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to take the next step. God is not looking for the most qualified person in the room. He is looking for the willing one. He enables the unable. He equips the unqualified. Maybe it was a conversation you kept avoiding, a step of faith you kept postponing, or a dream you quietly buried because it felt too big or too risky. Moses did the same thing. After a painful failure, he ran. He settled into a quieter, safer life far from everything he once knew. And then God showed up in a burning bush that simply would not stop burning. God was not done with Moses, and He is not done with you either. No matter how far you have gone, no matter how long you have been running, God has a way of showing up right where you are. He does not need you to find your way back to Him. He comes to you. The wilderness seasons of life, the ones that feel like detours or dead ends, are often where God does His deepest work. Moses spent years in the desert before he ever stood before Pharaoh. Those years were not wasted. They were preparation. If you feel like you are in a wilderness right now, take heart. God is not absent. He is present, and He is working. Your calling has not expired. He is still calling your name.

Bible Verse
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. Too many mistakes. Too much history. Too far from where they think they need to be before God could actually use them. But here is the truth that changes everything: God has already taken care of that. The cross was not just about forgiveness for eternity. It was also about making you usable right now. The sacrifice of Jesus qualifies you for service in a way that no amount of personal effort or self-improvement ever could. You do not have to earn your way into availability. You are already accepted. Moses thought his past disqualified him. Gideon thought his family background disqualified him. But God was not looking at their history. He was looking at their availability. God has a plan for your life that is better than anything you could design on your own. He is not waiting for you to clean yourself up or figure everything out. He is simply waiting for you to say yes. The runway is ready. The invitation is open. You are not too broken, too late, or too far gone. You are exactly the kind of person God has always chosen to work through. So today, be available. Say yes to the interruption. Take the step. God has already made a way, and His plans for you are worth trusting.

Bible Verse
"'For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord. They do not come with fire or a voice from heaven. They look like a conversation you did not plan, a nudge to check on a friend when your schedule is already packed, or a small opportunity that feels almost too ordinary to matter. But those small moments are not distractions from your purpose. They are the preparation for it. Moses had to physically turn aside to see the burning bush. He had to choose to stop what he was doing and pay attention. That small act of turning was the beginning of everything. God works the same way today. He watches what you do with the little before He entrusts you with the much. The interruptions that feel like inconveniences are often the very moments He is using to shape you, test your availability, and build your trust in Him. When you respond faithfully to the small prompting, you are not just being kind or helpful. You are practicing obedience. You are building the kind of responsiveness that makes you ready for bigger things. Do not wait for a burning bush moment to start saying yes to God. Start with the small interruption in front of you today. Answer the nudge. Make the call. Have the conversation. Those moments matter more than they appear, and God is paying attention to every one of them.

Bible Verse
"Then the Lord said to Him, 'Who makes a person's mouth?
