True freedom comes when we realize our lives are not our own. Paul's extraordinary courage stemmed from his complete surrender to God's purpose. He didn't view his life as something to protect at all costs, but as a tool to be used for God's glory. This perspective transformed his trials from threats to opportunities. When we grasp this truth - that our lives are most fulfilled when surrendered to God's purpose - we find a courage and peace that transcends circumstances.
